Take back control of your money and your next move.
Restoration Enterprises is a UK coaching practice for money and life at work. We sit down with people who feel stuck, buried in debt, unable to save, or stalled in a career. We help them build a plan they will actually stick to, and we do the same for employers inside the workplace.
Confidential, one to one
Nothing you say in a session goes anywhere else, including back to your employer.
Online across the UK
Evening and weekend sessions available, so coaching fits around work.
A free first conversation
No charge and no obligation. If coaching is not the right help for you, we say so on that call.
Whichever side of the payslip you are on
The work is the same underneath: practical, confidential, judgement-free. How it reaches you is different.
You want money to stop being a source of dread
- Build a budget that survives a real month, not a spreadsheet fantasy
- Tackle debts in an order that actually makes sense
- Save for something specific, and watch it happen
- Get unstuck in a job that has stopped going anywhere
- Prepare properly for a move, a baby, a redundancy, a retirement
Your people bring their money worries to work
- Lunch-and-learn workshops your teams will actually turn up to
- Confidential one-to-one clinics on site or online
- Briefings that help managers spot financial strain early
- Support at the pressure points: onboarding, promotion, parental leave, redundancy, retirement
- A benefit that costs less than replacing the people who burn out
Not a lecture. Not a product pitch. A plan you helped write.
Most money problems are not really arithmetic problems. People usually know they should spend less than they earn. What they do not have is a plan shaped around their actual life, and someone in their corner while they follow it.
That is the whole job. We start with an honest picture of where you are: income, outgoings, debts, the things you have been avoiding opening. We work out what matters most to you. Then we build something realistic, and we stay with you while it beds in.
The decision stays yours. We help you understand your options, ask better questions, and get to the point where a choice feels like yours rather than something that happened to you.
Three ways we work
Money and career are the same conversation more often than people expect. Take one, or take both.
Four steps, no surprises
You will know exactly what happens next at every stage. Nobody gets sold to.
A free conversation
Thirty minutes, no obligation, no pitch. You describe what is going on. We tell you honestly whether coaching will help. If it will not, we say so.
We map where you are
Income, outgoings, debts, goals, and the things that keep getting in the way. No judgement about how it got this way. We have heard it all.
We build the plan together
In your words, at a pace you can hold. Small enough steps that the first one happens this week.
We stay with it
Regular sessions, honest check-ins, and adjustments when life does what life does. Progress you can see.
Why it is called Restoration
Almost nobody who comes to us is starting from zero. They are rebuilding, after a divorce, a redundancy, a business that did not work, or a decade of just-about-managing. Restoration is the work of putting something valuable back into good order. That felt like the honest name for it.
Restoration Enterprises was founded by Clement Sunday Jegede, and it is deliberately a small practice. The person you speak to on the discovery call is the person who coaches you. There is no account manager, no handover, and nobody reading from someone else’s notes.
We are new. Here is what that actually means for you.
You will not find client testimonials on this site yet, because we will not write ones we have not been given.
What you do not get
A long list of names. We were incorporated in June 2026. Anyone claiming a decade of happy clients this early is telling you something untrue, and you should read the rest of their site with that in mind.
What you do get
A practice small enough that you deal with one person throughout, and one that has no incentive to keep you longer than the work needs.
How to judge us instead
Read the articles. Read what we say we will not do. Then take the free thirty minutes and see whether the conversation is useful. That costs you nothing and tells you more than a testimonial would.
When we have real ones
They will appear here, named or anonymised as the client prefers, with their written permission and nothing embellished. Not before.
Reading worth your time
Things people ask before they get in touch
What does coaching actually do?
We help you understand your own position, weigh up your options, build a plan and stick to it. We do not recommend financial products, tell you which pension or investment to choose, or arrange anything on your behalf.
Where the decision in front of you needs a specialist instead, we will say so plainly and help you work out what to ask them.
What does it cost?
Coaching is priced per package rather than per hour, and we quote after the free discovery call so the figure reflects what you actually need. There is no charge for that first conversation and no obligation afterwards.
Where do sessions take place?
Online, by video call, anywhere in the UK. Evening and weekend slots are available so coaching does not have to come out of your working day. Workplace programmes can be delivered on site.
If my employer is paying, will they know what I said?
No. Sessions are confidential. Employers receive anonymised, aggregated reporting only: take-up numbers and broad themes, never anything that identifies an individual or what they discussed. This is written into every workplace agreement.
How long does a programme run?
Anything from a single deep-dive session to a six-month programme. Habits take longer to change than plans do, so most people find three to six months is where the real difference happens, but you are never locked in.
I am not in crisis. Is coaching still worth it?
Yes, and it is often more productive. Plenty of people come to us earning perfectly well and still feeling that their money is running them rather than the other way round, or that their career has quietly stalled. Coaching is at its best when it is preventative rather than a rescue.
Start with a conversation, not a commitment
Thirty minutes, free, and genuinely no pressure. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you who is.
